Continental to buy Kathrein Automotive from Kathrein
Synopsis
The technology company Continental is acquiring Kathrein Automotive GmbH, a subsidiary of Kathrein SE, one of the leading specialists in and manufacturers of vehicle antennas. The two parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price. “This transaction is a further consequent step towards reaching our strategic goals in restructuring the Kathrein Group,” says Anton Kathrein, CEO of the Kathrein Group.
