Bain and Cinven-backed STADA, a pharmaceutical company based in Bad Vilbel, Germany, completed the acquisition of Walmark, an independent vitamins, minerals, and nutritional supplements manufacturer and distributor, from Mid Europa Partners, a private equity investor in Central and Eastern Europe. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition by STADA validates Walmark's transformation from a family-led business to an international platform.
