Dorilton Capital Management, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Williams Grand Prix Engineering, the formula 1 business of Williams Grand Prix Holdings for $179m. “As a family we have always put our team first. Making the team successful again and protecting our people has been at the heart of this process from start.
