Bouygues, a diversified services group operating, completed the acquisition of Equans, a customized solutions provider to improve technical equipments and processes, from Engie, a French multinational utility company, for €7.1bn. The proposed acquisition of Equans forms part of Bouygues’ strategy to create a major player in multi-technical services within the Group.
