Private equity firms PAI Partners and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board, agreed to acquire Veonet, an ophthalmological clinics operator, from Nordic Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. Veonet built a strong foundation with Nordic Capital and looks forward to continuing its journey and creating even better outcomes for its patients and even more opportunities for its employees.
