Proparco, a Development Finance Institution, agreed to acquire a 30% stalk in a 140MWp SE Asia solar PV portfolio of GreenYellow, an energy transition company, for $25m. “Proparco is delighted to initiate a long-term partnership with GreenYellow, with the ambition of offering reliable and affordable clean energy to corporates in Asia.
