Eni Gas e Luce and CDP Equity-backed GreenIT, a joint venture formed to tackle renewable energy generation, agreed to acquire a 110MW on-shore wind portfolio from Fortore Energia Group, an Italian company in the field of wind power generation. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction involves 55 wind turbines located in Puglia, in an area with high wind speed and among the most interesting repowering scenarios in the Italian market.
