Andera Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Groupe Ozitem, a computer consultant in Levallois-Perret, France. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are particularly pleased to allow François Espieux and his team, whom we have been following for several years, to become 100% shareholders in their company.
