Altamont Capital Partners-backed Specialized Packaging Group, a vertically integrated provider of protective packaging products, completed the acquisition of Complete Packaging, a company that provides custom-designed packaging solutions for a diverse array of end markets, including automotive, heavy truck, energy, aerospace, defense, heavy equipment, and general industrial. Financial terms were not disclosed.
