Copeland is a global climate technologies company that develops and manufactures heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVACR) solutions. It was formerly a division of Emerson Electric Co. known as Emerson Climate Technologies. In 2023, the private equity firm Blackstone acquired a majority stake in the business, and it was rebranded as the standalone company Copeland.
