Rheinmetall Victoria is a newly established joint venture between the German defense group Rheinmetall and the Romanian state-owned company Pirochim Victoria. The company was formed to build and operate a new factory for producing propellant powder and modular propellant charges for ammunition in Victoria, Brașov County, Romania.
