Nomad Foods, a frozen foods company, completed the acquisition of Findus Switzerland, a frozen food brand, from Froneri, a dairy products company, for €110m ($130m). “We are thrilled to announce the acquisition of Findus Switzerland, a brand and market which closely complement our existing portfolio.
