Cargill completed the acquisition of Poliplant.

Synopsis

Cargill, a palm oil producer, completed the acquisition of Poliplant, a company specializing in palm oil. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Cargill’s oil palm plantations in West Kalimantan and South Sumatra have established strong track records in sustainable practices and operating to a strict code of conduct,” John Hartmann, Cargill CEO.
