Austbrokers, a company that delivers leading insurance broking and risk advisory services, completed the acquisition of 60% stake in Altius Group, a provider of end to end solutions across workplace health, wellbeing, employment, risk and claims support. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With the addition of Altius, we expect to significantly grow and enhance our Risk Services area, further removing dependence on the insurance broking distribution area for growth and mitigating the effects of the insurance rate cycle," Mark Searles, Austbrokers Managing Director.
