Amber Road completed the acquisition of ecVision.

Amber Road, a provider of on-demand global trade management (GTM) software and solutions, completed the acquisition of ecVision, a company that provided cloud-based global sourcing. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition delivers value for Amber Road customers by providing new global supply chain capabilities to increase product innovation while balancing product compliance risks and costs with shorter product lead times,” Jim Preuninger, Amber Road CEO.
