Caisse de Depot et Placement du Quebec Canadian manager of public pension and insurance plan funds and Hermes Investment Management UK asset management through Patina Rail LLP has agreed to acquire 40% stake in Eurostar International from United Kingdomgovernment, The consideration is Stg585.1m ($900.78m).The deal is subject to regulatory approval. On completion Caisse de Depot et Placement du Quebe and Hermes Investment Management will own 30% and 10% respectively. The deal has completed.
