Yıldız, a manufacturer of food products, completed the acquisition of a 64% stake in G2M, a foodservice distribution company, from Actera Group, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "G2M is one of the most important actors in the sector in Turkey. It has strong relations with brands and suppliers that are outstanding in their fields. After the acquisition, the same working system will continue," Mustafa Yaşar Serdengeçti, Yıldız President.
