NCC Group completed the acquisition of Accumuli for £55m.

NCC Group, an IT services provider, completed the acquisition of Accumuli, an IT service management company, for £55m. "The addition of Accumuli will enable us to provide a wider and more comprehensive range of security solutions and services.
