Lexmark International to acquire Kofax for $1bn.

Lexmark International, a laser printers provider, has closed on its acquisition of Kofax, business process management software provider, for $1bn. "Our acquisition of Perceptive Software truly changed Lexmark, helping to grow and position us as a leader in managing unstructured print and digital information.
