FSN Capital completed the acquisition of Fibo-Trespo and Respatex from Byggma Group for £37m.

FSN Capital, a private equity investment firm, completed the acquisition of Fibo-Trespo and Respatex, two providers of wet room panel segment, from Byggma Group, a supplier of building materials, for £37m. “FSN has been impressed by the sales development and lean production set-up and we are excited to support management in the coming years. We see a lot of potential in internationalizing the business and we look forward to working closely with management in realizing the company’s long term potential,” Ulrik Smith, FSN Capital Partner.
