Equinix completed the acquisition of TelecityGroup for $3.8bn.

Equinix, an American multinational company that specializes in Internet connection and data centres, completed the acquisition of TelecityGroup, a European carrier-neutral datacentre and colocation centre provider, for $3.8bn. "The combination of Equinix and Telecity gives businesses more choice for interconnection, which is increasingly important in this highly digital age, when customers rely on connectivity to drive competitive advantage.
