BDHOME and Dassault Systemes to form a joint venture.

BDHOME, an innovative and affordable home decor retailer, and Dassault Systemes, a software company, agreed to form a joint venture to distribute Dassault Systèmes’ 3DVIA brand of applications for smart, 3D space planning solutions in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With increasing demands for personal consumption from Chinese consumers, ‘customer experience’ has become a priority for each furniture manufacturer and retailer in terms of product production and sales.
