KKR to acquire a 50% stake in Tarena International for $90m.

KKR, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in Tarena International, a China-based provider of IT education services for $90m. "Tarena is a great company and a leader in its field with an excellent management team. We are very impressed with the Company's strong track record and its potential for future growth.
