Pamplona Capital Management has completed its acquisition of Precyse from Altaris Capital Partners and NewSpring Capital.

Pamplona Capital Management, an investment firm, has completed its acquisition of Precyse, a leader in Health Information Management services, education and technology, from Altaris Capital Partners and NewSpring Capital.
