Two port operators COSCO Shipping Ports, China Merchants Port and China Investment, a sovereign wealth fund, completed the acquisition of a 65% stake in Fina Liman, a container terminal, from Fina Holding, which engages in several sectors such as retailing, factoring and tourism, for $920m.
