Starwood Waypoint Residential Trust, a private investment firm, completed the merger with Colony American Homes, A COMPANY SPECIALISING in the acquisition, ownership, renovation, leasing and management of single-family residential homes in the United States, in a £4.9bn deal. “This merger is a transformative event for SWAY and for our industry.
