Japan Tobacco, a Japanese diversified tobacco company, agreed to acquire Natural American Spirit non-US operations from Reynolds American, an American tobacco company, for $5bn. “We believe this sale once again demonstrates our commitment to creating value for our shareholders,” Susan M.
