Compassus completed the acquisition of Hospice Advantage from Sentinel Capital Partners.

Compassus, a company specializing in hospice and palliative care services, completed the acquisition of Hospice Advantage, a provider of end-of-life care services from Sentinel Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on lower middle-market investments. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is an exciting time for our company, as Hospice Advantage joins with Compassus to create a leading national provider of hospice and palliative care services,” Rod Hildebrant, Hospice Advantage CEO.
