Truworths, a South African fashion retailer listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, completed the $385m acquisition of Office Retail Group, the UK’s young fashion footwear retailer, from Silverfleet Capital, the European private equity firm. “OFFICE has been one of the great success stories in shoe retailing and has experienced tremendous growth in a competitive space.
