HG Capital acquired Zitcom, a leading Danish hosting and cloud solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. Nick Jordan, a Director in the HgCapital Mercury team, said: “Stefan and his team at Zitcom have built a highly differentiated hosting business in Denmark addressing attractive growth segments of the cloud solutions market.
