IBM, a multinational technology company, completed the acquisition of Ustream, an interactive video broadcast platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Video has become a first-class data type in business that requires accelerated performance and powerful analytics that allows clients to extract meaningful insights,” Robert LeBlanc, IBM Cloud Senior Vice President.
