Amcor, a multi-national packaging company, agreed to acquire BPI China, a producer of flexible packaging products for export and domestic customers, from British Polythene Industries, a packaging company, for $13m. "China continues to be an attractive market for flexible packaging globally and this is an excellent opportunity to support our continued expansion in the important Southern region," Ron Delia, Amcor Managing Director.
