A consortium of investors, including Mr. Chuanwei Zhang, his spouse, Ms. Ling Wu, and certain of their affiliates, Anhui Zhongan Xinzhao Private Equity Investment LLP, Guangzhou Huifu Kaile Investment and Dajun Guangcheng (Shanghai) Capital Fund, acquired China Ming Yang Wind Power Group for $408m.
