Tikehau Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Tuttogiglio, owner of the shopping center "I Petali di Reggio", for €87m. The shopping center, according to a note released by Tikehau, welcomes about 4m visitors per year and is 99% occupied by 59 brands nationally and internationally.
