Apax Partners, a leading global private equity firm, has completed the acquisition of 50% stake in Becton, Dickinson and Company, a leading global medical technology company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have been proactively targeting the industry for respiratory devices and have been impressed with the continued progress the company has made over the past few years.
