Mondi completed the acquisition of a 90% stake in Kalenobel from ARGUS Capital for $100m.

Mondi Group, an international packaging and paper company, completed the acquisition of a 90% stake in Kalenobel, a Turkish consumer packaging company, from ARGUS Capital, a private equity group, for $100m. “The acquisition of Kalenobel supports the growth of our Consumer Packaging business, broadening our product portfolio and geographic reach to better serve our customers in high- growth markets," David Hathorn, Mondi Group Chief Executive.
