Hanover completed the acquisition of Hydro International £22m.

Hanover Investors, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Hydro International, a provider of water management solutions, for £22m ($28m). "We have identified intrinsic value in Hydro which the business was unable to unlock whilst listed. We bring to Hydro a combination of strategic, operational and business expertise in a sector we understand well," Matthew Peacock, Hanover Founder and Managing Partner.
