Thoma Bravo has completed its acquisition of TRADER Corporation from Apax Partners for C$1.6bn.

Thoma Bravo, a leading private equity investment firm, has completed its acquisition of TRADER Corporation, Canada’s leading digital automotive marketplace and software solutions provider, from Apax Partners for C$1.6bn ($1.2bn). “We’re extremely impressed by TRADER’s growth into the largest and most trusted digital automotive marketplace in Canada.
