Private equity firms Onex and Baring Private Equity Asia completed the acquisition of the Intellectual Property & Science business of Thomson Reuters, a provider of integrated information solutions, for $3.55bn. “We are pleased to announce the agreement today to sell our Intellectual Property & Science business to Onex and Baring Asia.
