Synopsis
The Carlyle Group-backed Comdata, the Italian company for outsourcing of contact center, help desk, back office, credit management and document management services, completed the acquisition of WIN Bilgi Iletisim Hizmetleri, a Turkey-based provider of outsourced call center services. Financial terms were not disclosed. The aim of the merger is expansion of Comdata’s operations across Turkey, which will be achieved by opening a number of offices in Eskişehir and Kayseri.The company also hopes that this will boost its expansion across the insurance and finance sectors.
