Knorr-Bremse, a company that specializes in commercial vehicle systems solutions for trucks, trailers, buses, and specialized vehicles, completed the acquisition of commercial vehicle powertrain components business of Bosch, a German multinational engineering and technology company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
