Vestar Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Mobile Technologies from HKW.

Vestar Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity firm specializing in management buyouts and growth capital investments, completed the acquisition of Mobile Technologies, a mobile device security and display technologies provider, from HKW, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re confident that our new partnership with Chris Remy and his outstanding management team will lead to new levels of growth and profitability for MTI.
