DCM Manufacturing completed the acquisition of Faz Elektrik from Taner Family.

DCM Manufacturing, a manufacturer of air movement components, completed the acquisition of Faz Elektrik, a manufacturer of direct current motors, centrifugal blowers and axial fans, from Taner Family. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Emprise Partners played a key role in negotiating this strategic acquisition which will strengthen and expand DCM's position as a global supplier of mobile HVAC air movement components. Together DCM and Faz will produce the high-quality products our customers have come to expect while continuing to bring to the market innovative new products that solve the challenges of the industries we serve," John Berger, DCM Manufacturing President.
