Ironclad Energy Partners to acquire RED Investment from Recycled Energy Development.

Ironclad Energy Partners, an investment company has agreed to acquire RED Investment, US cogeneration and power facilities from Recycled Energy Development, power projects operator. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are proud to partner with Ironclad and take this important first step in building a platform of power generation facilities and utility operations.
