Equistone Partners completed the acquisition of Motoblouz from D3T Distribution.

Equistone Partners, an independent investment firm, completed the acquisition of Motoblouz, a French company in the online sale of equipment and accessories for motorcycle enthusiasts, from D3T Distribution, a project based on eCommerce and distribution of motorbike and biker equipment worldwide. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to have the backing of Equistone, an established mid-market investor. Through its investment, Motoblouz will become part of a pan-European multi-channel provider of motorcycle accessories and clothing.
