LLR Partners-backed iJet, a travel risk management firm, completed the acquisition of Red24, a crisis management company, for £10m. "We're pretty much going to be keeping everybody. We're going to be focusing them heavily on the insurance market, so we need that personnel to continue to service that market." The combined firm's major hubs will be in London, Singapore and Washington, D.C., and the company will have 800 direct enterprise clients.
