Altus TFI acquired a majority stake in LifeTube.

LifeTube, the largest partner network operating locally in the CEE region with over 30 million subscribers and 225 million views per month, has decided on a strategic partnership with Altus TFI, one of the largest fund managers in Poland, to face new challenges and strengthen the position of a leader in video content marketing. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We understand the potential of the company because we see trends in the media market and significant online video growth, and thus the migration of advertising budgets. The team we've met is not only knowledgeable, but it shows incredible commitment and faith in what it does, - the future belongs to them. Our goal will be for LifeTube to continue to grow at a dynamic pace, implementing even more campaigns with creators and supporting them in various areas of activity. LifeTube is making more and more long-term strategic cooperation with brands and we are convinced that it can grow at least several times compared to the current situation," said Piotr Osiecki, president of Altus TFI.
