HNA Group acquired a stake in Hilton from Blackstone for $6.5bn.

HNA Group acquired a stake in Hilton Worldwide Holdings, an American multinational hospitality company, from Blackstone for $6.5bn. “We are pleased to welcome HNA Group as a long-term investor and strategic partner,” said Christopher J.
