SLMR completed the acquisition of Gardner Aerospace for £326m.

Shaanxi Ligeance Mineral Resources, a mining and metals company, completed the acquisition of Gardner Aerospace, an international manufacturer of aerospace finished components, for £326m. "The business has grown significantly in recent years, thanks to our focus on excellent customer service. Under the ownership of SLMR we now have the opportunity to accelerate that growth and expand both our geographic and product reach," Gardner Aerospace.
