KKR has completed its acquisition of Optiv Security from a group of private investors, including Blackstone.

KKR, a leading global investment firm, has completed its acquisition of Optiv Security, a market-leading provider of end-to-end cyber security solutions from a group of private investors, including a private equity fund managed by Blackstone. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Cyber security has been a growing focus and pain point for companies over the last decade, and is now one of the highest priorities for global enterprises.
